I'd like to think they would stretch out, but I'm dubious because they're cloth straps, not leather. They look nice, but just are not comfortable and they feel like they would just squeeze my foot right out. Plus, the sole was not as comfortable as I was expecting, as my other pair of Borns have a very comfortable sole.

Both pairs felt like they were pushing my foot out the back. I do have very high arches so maybe because I could not get my foot in right they did not fit right. As far as the design, they are very cute and would have been great for many occasions. I wanted them to fit.

They seemed a tiny bit smaller than my other Born sandals that are also a size 8, but I would not go a size larger. I did not find the straps across the top tight, but I have narrow feet.

The only problem is my feet slide back in the sandal. I'm hoping the material used for the strap will stretch a little. This should hold my foot better and help with the "narrow" feeling of the shoe. It's very cute!
