We needed an AC power source to run a sound system for a parade float. I shopped around and this was by far the lowest price. I was concerned it may be too "noisy/dirty" for the electronics we were running but there was no 60 cycle hum or any noise coming through the speakers. We did not come close to pushing the watt limit so I do not know if the 3K peak is true, but for our needs it worked very well. Set up is a no brainer.

I purchased this Wagan inverter for my 2005 F350 4X4. I plan to use it to run equipment while off-roading. Wagan has a great reputation in the industry.
