By JT from Long Island, NY on 07/11/2009 Cons: Narrow wdth sml toe box Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes would be best for someone with a high arch. Fit is about 1/2 size smaller in length and narrow in width with small toe box. Fit is very supportive and stable. Would make a great shoe for the correct foot.

Comfortable but not sturdy By Big Red from Missouri on 06/27/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes feel great out of the box. Very comfortable for a 200lb + athlete with wide feet and high arches. Unfortunately after 2 months of daily running (3-4 Miles)the mesh around the little toe is failing. This could be due to my size and wide foot but I would expect them to last longer.

First time that my husband tried Saucony; he loves the Triumph 5, and asked me to get him another pair. They're very lightweight and breathable. Do order a half size up.
