By Jesse from Red Bank, New Jersey on 04/23/2009 Pros: Flexible, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe is built with plenty of fore-foot cusioning, not so much in the heel. I bought my pair a full size larger to get a perfect fit. It's a great racing shoe, but there are better shoes out there for training.

By Gooseberry from Glenwood Springs on 03/31/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Flexible Best Uses: Pavement, Track Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a cushioning shoe. I supinate, and this shoe works well for me. If you pronate, you probably don't belong in this shoe - there are plenty of other choices. This is @ my 8th pair of Saucony's. The X600 outsole is a soft spongy material and tends to wear faster at first than some others until it evens out consistent with your stride and ages well with the shoe; I've never worn it out too soon. Like most Saucony's, this shoe breathes very well. This shoe cushions as well as or better than the ASIIC Gel Cumulus, and encourages natural motion a little better (or discourages pronation less, depending on your perspective). 160 lbs, 5'9".
