Toe-box is roomy but not too much and the heel doesn't slip or slide. I ordered a half size up from my normal shoe size and the fit perefectly.

I have never had a pair of Saucony's. So far, so good. They did feel slightly smaller that normal, but I settled in quite nicely. I went to a zoo last weekend with my daughters and walked and walked and walked - These held up to my standards: good arch support and cushioning. They were well ventilated and did well on the pavement. I would definately recommend these.
