Finally a shoe that's perfect for me By Mamatc from NW Florida on 03/25/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Lots of cushioning for running on asphalt - great for high arches, can wear my orthotics in them, but don't really need too. Laced them for wider forefeet as shown on the lacing guide, and that really helps. Good for underpronators. I may have ordered a half size too large - not sure how they will loosen up over time. I ordered my measured size plus a half size - if you aren't sure, I would suggest getting your feet measured and then decide when you get them how they feel. I walk/jog/run 20-25 miles per week.
