I'm used to sneakers i guess and I can't walk very far 5 mins. without really feeling like I'm walking with bare feet. I order larger and put in innersoles. They are stylish

They were much too large. I was surprised. Exchanged for a size smaller 39. Second pair: The left shoe was perfect and felt great, hugged my heel when I walked. The right one flopped off my heel and slipped off my foot. I called and exchanged for another pair of the same size. Third pair: BOTH of them slip off of my heels when I walk. Now what do I do? I love the shoes, but am tired of dealing with this. I bought some insoles and put a thin one in the left shoe of the second pair and a thicker one in the right shoe. They kind of fit....I have to decide if I want to live with this or try yet another exchange. I can't help but think that if I could have tried them on in a store, I could have saved time [...]
