Great stuff, I will buy it again, By Hogbody from Parker, CO on 12/31/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Sleep wear, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: With the price of heating my house skyrocketing I decided to add a layer of long johns and turn down my thermostat. I expect that they have already paid for themselves by now. Very comfortable.
It's warm midweight underwear. By Roar from Detroit, MI on 12/23/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Fits well but pills after machine washing and drying, but since it's under clothing the pilling does not bother me. Warm and comfortable. I did order more after the original order. So it was worth the money to find in tall despite preferring that it not pill.
sleeves not long enough for "tall" By Maniac from Maine on 12/22/2007 Pros: Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Warm Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was psyched when I opened these because the fabric is nice and just what I was hoping for. But the sleeves are too short for a "tall", by about 1.5", to my mind (size M). (The torso is plenty long.) Maybe because of the sleeves or maybe because of something else, there seems to be a funny pull across the shoulders. I don't think this is fashioned quite right (or needs stretchier fabric to accomodate the gaffes).
Cotton long johns went to Goodwill By Pheasant hunter from Wisconsin on 12/15/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Not 100 a set, Not made in China, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Pheasant hunting Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This fabric is so nice, I wish they made a turtleneck. You have to get used to not layering up too much. Otherwise, any layers in between can get saturated. I try to buy Made in USA. The tops were supposed to be, which made the Honduran bottoms acceptable. But, the tops were made in Honduras also, contrary to the product info. I appreciate [...] diligence in doing their best to state the actual country of origin, instead of just saying "imported".
I would buy this product again By PT in MA from central MA on 12/15/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Warm Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: less active than I use to be but these (top and bottom) are great for the snow and cold for NE winters
By mrnatural from Middletown, MD on 12/14/2007 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Cons: Poor Fit, Restricts Movement, Serious pilling Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: * This material is not very comfortable.
* It began pilling during the first wash (washed inside out).
* The sleeves are too short for a shirt labeled "Tall"
* The sleeves are too small -- they are very tight on my arms, and my arms aren't particularly big. I haven't had this problem with other long john tops.
* Although the text claims '4-way stretch', it's more like _two_ way.
* I would recommend Wickers #12169. See my review for that top.
