I use just for general wear and after a workout or run. The sleeves are just too long for me , but then again I have short arms.
The quality is good and all in all this is a great product.

The material is soft and comfortable. Can be a bit staticy but kind of expected it with Poly. Would prefer wool blend in same style but couldn't find anything near this price in wool blend. I think it's a good product at a good price.
