By Missing California from Chicago, Illinios on 04/13/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Pavement, Running Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run 8 miles a day and these shoes are the only brand that I have found to meet my needs. I have been wearing Ryka for 2 + years and as I get back into training for marathon's would not think of making a change. I severly over pronate, so the MC2's are perfect.

Great for running or walking By NinjaMomDawg from San Leandro, CA on 04/13/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love Ryka shoes. Remember to size up a half size, e.g., 8.5 normally should buy a 9. Love the big roomy toebox and narrow heel which hugs w/out pain. Wish the soles lasted a bit longer. This shoe has better forefoot cushioning than my previous pair of Ryka's so I'd be inclined to purchase this model again.
