By 25 years of Aerobics from Seattle, WA on 02/15/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible, Hard to find mid-top, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been wearing various versions of this shoe for about 3 years for high-level aerobics and step classes. Very stable, good support, comfortable from the first time you wear them, don't break down for several months under hard use. I keep at least one extra pair around in case the shoe is discontinued. I dread the day. . .
