I wear them under fleece pants and waders. Perfect combination of lightness and warmth. The fleece lining is fabulously soft and comfy. I only wish I had bought more than one pair!

I normally wear large, but these are extra large, so order next size up unless you want a super tight fit.

By Rollo Majollo from Ohio on 01/09/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these tights as a third pair for very cold conditions and that's EXACTLY what they're made for. I tend to run a little on the warm side to begin with, so I can only truly wear these tights when the temp drops into the lower 20's or below otherwise they're just too warm.
The fit is great and nicely snug without being restrictive. They're soft and stretchy and seem very well-made even though I've only worn them for a short time. The photo shows them with a zip pocket on the left thigh, but mine came with no pocket at all. No biggie really. They could also be worn under ski pants as a base layer in other sporting activities, but I tend to wear them as a my main layer for running and they work great.
The waist could use a drawstring for added security, but I haven't had a problem yet. Also, I wouldn't mind it if they were a half inch longer to cover my ankles completely. Oh, and if you're used to lightweight tights, these have a bit more bulk to them. Other than that, great tights.
I would buy this product again and again By mitajin from Japan on 12/21/2007 Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It's not same as a picture By jiho, Park from South Korea on 12/03/2007 Pros: Moisture Wicking, Warm Cons: Poor Fit, Restricts Movement Best Uses: Cold Weather, Running Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The picture shows a pretty pocket with a zipper. However, a real item has no pocket but just a mark with brand name. Too tight for outwear. It just can be used as a base layer.
