I really like Danskos and was looking for one in a darker brown. This fit the bill, EXCEPT it was so narrow! It didn't feel like a Dansko at all. I returned the pair. I took the first pair to "my shoe repair guy" and he said the squeekyness was internal so I sent them back and replaced them with the same style and color. The top straps rubbed each other and produced a different squeeking sound. As much as I liked the shoe and style and the reputation of Dansko, I returned them as well. Did anyone else have this problem?

I ordered a size larger than normal, based upon the reviews of the shoe apparently running small. However, even a size larger, it still felt too narrow.
