I can't believe the value By Independence Park Mom from Chicago, IL on 02/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have used this primarily for snowy, icy, slushy cold Chicago streets carting the kids around, etc. They are super easy to get on and off. They are very stable on the uneven ice and have been totally waterproof. They are cute enough, but make my feet look a little wide.
By Twins' Mom from Georgia on 02/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased the boots because the woods behind our house are very hilly and because I ocasionally do some light hiking. My husband also owns a paintball field and is an avid ATV rider. So I really needed boots for when I go with him. I have rheumatoid arthritis and bad ankles. So I needed boots for ankle support and traction. So far they are great and didn't need much breaking in. I had been sliding down the hills behind my house when I walked my dog but now I don't slide. I have to have a rather stiff shoe and the soles are pretty stiff. Someone who wants a really flexible sole might not like that, but they work great for me!
By Lucy from Dayton, OH on 01/31/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a very durable, well fitted boot. It keeps out the wet weather, and keeps your feet warm. I use them to shovel deep snow and walk my dog in poor weather. They have great traction and also look good. That is hard to find in a boot.

Thank heavens for these boots! By Walking Women from Bowling Green, OH on 01/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold weather, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots arrived just in time for the longest cold snap of the winter and have been wonderful in helping me get to work. They keep my feet warm even on the coldest treks at least so far! My only regret with them is that they're a bit shorter than I'd like, but I can deal with that as they seem to have decent traction on snow & ice.
By Nana Martha from Albany, NY on 01/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Very light, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold weather, Snow and Ice, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The boots fit well and are very light. My only complaint is that they are a little stiff, but they are brand new and that should remedy over time. I hadn't thought about it when purchasing them, but I have gotten several compliments on how they look.
By LouLou from Connecticut on 01/16/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Was going to break them in around the house, but couldn't even stand the first hour in them. Much too stiff, and they were chafing my ankles like crazy. One of the boots sort of pinched my baby toe when every bend, but they weren't tight. I think the fit was good, but they were very uncomfortable. Too bad, because they are a great looking boot.
