By Northwest Traveler from Oregon on 02/19/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Family Trips, Long Vacations, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Career, Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Modern, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered this because I had a older metro and use it all the time. This one is smaller in the depth of the bag compared to the older model that was not hemp so it might be that the hemp style dimensions are different in the depth. Anyway it is a great bag but I did return for the stated reasons above.
By Archaeologist from Southeast US on 02/18/2009 Cons: Missing shoulder strap, Small Capacity Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-Oriented, Modern, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for my husband to use as a diaper bag. However, it arrived without a shoulder strap, and is much smaller than described. This is unfortunate as it is stylish and seems well-made. This is the first Timbuk2 item I have ever purchased (though have considered many).

I gave it away because I really didn't like the color. This one looks classier and much more versatile. plan on keeping this one a long time. It holds everything I need with just a bit more room.
