The medium is a little small, but should still fit your keys and a granola bar, but not much else. This is a great under seat pack that is easy to attach (velcro) and stays secure. Bought this in red as a gift for my sister.
By wolfpics from Garrison NY on 05/14/2009 Pros: Good Capacity, Good construction, Reflective Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have now have the Small and Medium size in the Timbuk2 seat pack and like both The small is a little tight for what I like to carry and this is just right. It holds one road tube, two tire irons, a multi-tool, pack of bandages, and spray Neosporin. I lead local club rides and the small is great for me solo, no bandages or spray. It still is small enough that it does not rub your legs as you pedal. One negative, the strap around the seat post is stiff and too long. That rub my shorts at times and the velcro wore a hole in my shorts in a single ride. I've since cut the strap shorter and it's ok. This bag is also made with reflective fabric adding safety on evening rides.

By Ride! from Northwest Indiana on 04/27/2009 Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Road Riding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought one of these exact packs years ago at a sports retailer while out of town in the great northwest. It was pricey but looked useful and well-made. Used it and still love it. I have 2 bikes and kept having to switch it from bike to bike. Then, I found the identical sized one on STP, but, of course, at a much better price.
This medium size works for me. I can fit my "clam" shell cell phone, some cash and car keys, but that's about it. Unfortunately, I don't keep a spare inner tube because I don't know how to change the tire--so, I'll be the biker you see with this "orange" pack and a flat tire walking on a road or a mountain bike trail. It's sturdy and has served me well. The only negative is the "orange" color I had to go with.
