Easy to manuever. My only wish is that it would fit under the space provided for aisle seats on the airlines.
By Dog Walker from Middleton, WI on 10/27/2009 Best Uses: Overnight, Weekend Trips Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: For the most part has Eagle Creek quality, however, handle doesn't lock in closed position so you have to lift bag with cloth handles. That's inconvenient. Also, have to manipulate cloth handles to raise metal handle. Inconvenient again. Product not as well engineered as most Eagle Creek products.

Good concept .. needs refinement By Granny from Trail, Oregon on 03/27/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, High Quality Cons: Handles hard to grab, Heavy To Begin With Best Uses: Family Trips, Shopping Describe Yourself: A Granny, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is advertised to fit under an airline seat but it does not ... at least not the smaller planes I fly up and down the west coast.
It is very convenient to wheel in the airport but if you have to stop and do stairs the handles are hard to grab quickly. A single suitcase type handle would be better than the double floppy handles even. If you use the wrap to hold them together it is in the way of the wheeled handle.
