Not a ski jacket but a great work jacket.

By Flying Cardinal from Northampton, MA on 12/21/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Skiing/Snowboarding, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: An extremely comfortable and well made jacket for the price. Generous fit so it can be layered, lots of pockets and surprisingly warm for its weight. Water beads up on the surface and still is "breathable." Looks good enough for casual wear but can be used for active outdoor sports. Will likely become one of my favorite jackets.

By Staying Warm from Wisconsin on 12/05/2008 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: when I wear the parka on a cold day (today it was zero) the fabric seems very loud, and distracting whenever I move.
By DSTABO from GREECE on 11/22/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Value, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: ALMOST EVERY DAY IN WINTER
By Active greybeard from Madison, WI on 11/17/2008 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a nice warm jacket. The extra length helps a lot. So far I've only used it for walks in temps down to 30F; it feels like it could be used for snowboarding in really cold weather. Only con so far is no venting; pit zips would be a good addition.
By Hobeysmom from Syracuse, NY on 11/11/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Value, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great jacket, very roomy, great quality
By Lynn&Dave from Buffalo, NY on 11/10/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Value, High Quality Best Uses: Wear During Snowy Weather Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great coat for my husband. We live in Buffalo, NY (can you say SNOW?) and he needs something to keep him warm and dry during marathon snowblowing and shovelling sessions. He's owned and worn out two previous Columbia coats (hard to do), so we got a great deal on this nice coat through Sierra Trading Post. This coat delivers on its promise to keep you warm without lots of bulk, and my husband likes the fact that this coat is longer and covers down over his hips and backside. We'd recommend this coat to anyone looking for warmth and durability in an outer garment.
