By Sci-teach from Wisconsin Rapids, WI on 05/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Feels secure and stable Best Uses: Everyday wear, Pavement, Running, Walking Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a half size larger because of my previous NB shoes, but these felt large. My heel slipped slightly. I bought a heel pad and I used the very top shoe-lace hole and that solved the problem. They feel snug enough now. I'm positive that if I'd ordered my true size, they would've been too small in the toe-box. I'm wearing them for a half-marathon walk in a few weeks and I'm confident they'll be fine.
By Momma from Wyoming on 04/30/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Pavement, Running Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: the arch support isnt quite what I was hoping for and the toe room is a bit much. Although pretty true to size, I wonder if they run a smidgen big. For the price, you can't find a better shoe.

Great shoes, order a half size larger By Sue the Cheetah from Fairfax, VA on 04/21/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Pavement, Running, Walking, Work shoe Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear for work, on my feet 10+ hours a day, until I found these I always went home with very sore feet, but not anymore.
By runner from Sioux Falls, SD on 04/21/2009 Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels full size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: New Balance is known for sizing too small, but this takes the cake ... I ordered up 1/2 size due to recommendation and I had to send it back for ANOTHER FULL SIZE larger!!! These are very stiff shoes. If it weren't for the price, I'd be pretty unhappy. The price off-sets the dissatisfaction, as they can always be worn for kick around shoes or off-day running. You always need a pair for that. Disappointment characterizes it.

These feel great. I did take out the liner and add my over the counter insert.
