By IggySchh3 from Columbus, Ohio on 01/31/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold weather, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am active in outdoor dog sport. For winter I need a boot that is supportive, waterproof, light-weight, and that doesn't bind or restict movement. These fit the bill perfectly. The quality is exceptional. They are made in Italy - it is nice to see SOMETHING that is not made in China. Several years back I had a pair of Asolos that I thought were my "dream" boots - these Vasques have taken over that spot.
By VirgoGoddess from Montana on 01/22/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I really wanted to like these boots. They had good reviews and looked great, but when I tried them on they never felt tight enough around my ankle. No matter how tight I pulled the laces, the top of the boot was very loose.

By ST from Churchville, MD on 12/29/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The boots fit true to size, very comfortable. This is my 2nd pair of Vasque. I love the fact they are waterproof, thus no smelly leather. I bought these to trek through mud, snow, ice and rain. The color is nice and neutral. The boot looks sleek, not bulky, and fit well under all of my pants and jeans. The best thing about these boots is that I don't get blisters from wearing them.
