By moustache from Seattle, Wa. on 11/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable Grip, Sharp Blade Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Caution!! Out of the box the lock-back did not engage. After a few cycles it seems to work well. I own several Boker knives but don't see the name on this knife. Think the Cinch name most likely designates manufacture somewhere else. Great knife for the price but does not meet the Boker standard that I expected.
By Rabbit from Menlo Park, CA on 11/10/2009 Pros: Handsome, Sharp Blade, Smooth Locking Mechanism Best Uses: Camping, Hunting, Impress Buddies, Survival Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these as Christmas Gifts - very nice looking. I have never owned a Boker - tempted to wrap one up for me - from Santa !! They appear to be of great quality and craftmanship.
By moustache from Seattle, Wa. on 11/08/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Sharp Blade Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Caution!! Lock back did not work out of the box. After several cycles it seems to work well. I have owned several Boker knives and my expectations were very high. The advertisement says Boker as did the box but their name is not found on the knife itself. Wondering if the knife is actually made by a sub-contractor denoted by the name Cinch. Not as good as my other Boker knives but a great value for the price.
By Urban Outdoorsman from Jackson, MS on 03/24/2009 Pros: Comfortable Grip, Durable, Sharp Blade, Smooth Locking Mechanism Cons: Can close unintentionally Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great quality and nice appearance. However, unlike my similar knife from SOG, you have to pay attention to how this one is held when using it. Otherwise, it's possible to disengage the blade lock accidentally.
By Terry from Harbor Springs, Michigan on 02/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable Grip, Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Good Weight, Sharp Blade, Versatile Best Uses: Backcountry Camping, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Gentleman's Pocket Knife, River Trips, Road Trips, Survival Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Boker makes a fine knife. This one has amazing value as it is priced almost half off the retail price. It is sharp right out of the box, easy to open one handed, cuts with a straight or serrated edge, is light, and looks beautiful. I suspect it will hold up well, as all of my other Boker knives have.

I couldn't resist the price even though I already own several Boker knives. A nice addition to my collection!
