By Woody from Atlanta, GA on 12/31/2008 Pros: Awesome, Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday, Trail running Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't put this pair to the test on the trails yet but given my experience with La Sportiva (Fireblade) and that I have worn a used pair (half size smaller) on a run I am fully confident that I will love them as much as my Fireblades. For me, the La Sportiva last is the best out there. Can't wait to rack up the trail miles on these!

I should have bought two pairs. By Lemon Sniper from Albuquerque, NM on 12/07/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction, Stable Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these to train for a winter quad race and they have held up better than I imagined! I have always had La Sportiva hiking boots so I thought these would perform the same and they have. Great traction and stability. They start out a little tight, then fit like a glove after a few miles.

It is well built, comfortable enough, and fast. It was an upgrade from my previous trail shoe. Check out the Fireblade also.
