By Billy Ray from Dismal Swamp, North Carolina on 02/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Bird Hunting, Cold Climate Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: wore these babies right of the box on a large surveying job on rough terrain in sub-freezing weather and in standing water/ice. The leather is soft enough to allow a short break-in period yet comfortable enough to enable all day wear. I especially love the warmth and protection from briars and sharpe branches they provide. Have not had a chance to wear them hunting yet- but look forward to that day with confidence and excitiment.

Warm and comfortable. I would recommend these!
