It's OK for some sports on cool days, but I wouldn't use it for skiing.

Seems sized for children?? By SkiJane from Capital District NY on 03/09/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered the grey heather, so maybe this only pertains to that particular color, but the sleeves and length seem sized for a child. I do not have particularly long arms and the sleeves only came midway down my forearms. The overall length also left something to be desired - it just barely was able to tuck into my long-johns. If I hadn't been getting this as a back-up base layer, I would have returned it, but it was on super clearance and didn't seem worth the price of sending it back.

The sleeves barely reached my wrist, and the overall length was a couple of inches too short. Fit otherwise was good - snug but not oppressive. Had a nice look.
