Great Shoes! Great Value! By Ogre from Twin Cities, MN on 03/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm on my feet all day long. These shoes really go the distance. Out of the box, I wore them for a 9 hour work shift... they felt great. Very supportive. A touch on the heavy side (but they are not exactly running shoes are they?)
Great value for genuine Red Wing quality.

Red Wing shoes are my favorite brand. By Bill from Delaware, Ohio on 03/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Looks Great Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't had the shoes long enough to know how well they will endure my life style. I'll be wearing these shoes daily and I have some bunions. I'm looking forward to a continuation of the level of comfort I've experienced in the few weeks since I received them.
I'm a little disappointed in their color. I thought they'd be a darker color like the online photo.
Sometime tradition counts By Idaho Survivor from Pocatelli, ID on 03/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Tough well-made Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Red Wing has been making work shoes for a long time. They seem to have learned know how to do it.
Good shoe for work and workin By the Doover from Dallas, TX on 03/03/2009 Cons: Design flaw, Tight toebox Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wanted these boots for wearing with khakis at work, where I am occasionally on construction sites, and for jeans after work or working in the yard. They fit the bill, and are snug (bordering on too snug in the toebox) and supportive. The soles are not large and clunky so the wife likes the look (I have big feet - look like Herman Munster with some shoes.) The design at the end of the lace eyelets where the leather flap is not attached to the shoe may cause problems and curl, as has been mentioned in other reviews. However, some days I forget im wearing them they are so comfortable. I got the wren color - a sort of gray-green that looks good with khakis and jeans imo.
