Very comfortable and warm By Mushroom Man from Bloomington, IN on 05/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Cons: Not for hot weather, Wears Quickly Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking, Winter time Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The greatest thing about these socks is the over-the-calf design. They are comfortable, keep you warm and do not bunch up. They are not as durable in the toes as I would like, nor are they a tight enough weave to keep small ticks from getting through. They get a little too warm in the summer. A great winter sock for working, hunting and hiking.
