By budd bike works investor from bucks county ,pa on 02/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering, Running, Snow Sports, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A beautiful piece of goods. Will fit under anything and provide that special wool warmth, durability and resistance to stink.
By "the Old Guy" from New Haven, CT on 01/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: While it's both warm and comfortable, it doesn't beat the synthetic - and cheaper - versions that are merino wool's competition; so, for the buck, slightly disappointing.
By bargain hunter from Folsom, CA on 01/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good for sleeping and light activity. Quite thin and tends to lose it's shape since it doesn't have lycra, but I think it will be perfect for extended trips (unlike synthetic garments that stink after 1-2 days). Yes, the collar/zipper is a little stiff but not a big deal.
NICE material, Sleeves TOO short By one4outdoorfun from central KY on 01/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Sleeves not long enough Best Uses: Returning NON-APPLICABLE Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great torso and neck fit, quality material...
if I could magically stretch it's sleeves, I would do it and keep it...
however, if you LIKE looking like the missing link in a turtleneck, OR if you want the 3/4 sleeves look, it is ideal. IF you were wearing this for casual wear, chances are you would push the sleeves up and this would be IDEAL. I am often out in the cold and I like the ability to pull sleeves back down when I start to chill.
Being a tall female, this fit me fine with the stretch and comfort, AND it had plenty of ability to house a more masculine frame.
By rowtoo from MN on 01/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Not bad for the price, but Smartwool would be better. Probably comparable in price to Smartwool on sale, if you can find it!
Perfect--glad I ordered two! By Snowman from Boise, ID on 12/28/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have already been snowshoeing, skiing and shoveling snow in this long underwear. The merino wool really is soft, comfortable and doesn't itch. I sweat heavily, so I appreciate the wicking and the fact that it keeps me warm, even when it is wet. It fits great too.

By Mountain biking maniac from Flagstaff, AZ on 12/19/2008 Best Uses: Sending it back Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is 100% wool but the mediums I ordered fit like a large. It is rediculously thin. I love wool because it stays warm even saturated with sweat, but this is too thin to be useful. It saturates too fast with sweat and is too thin to hold warmth wet. I am not even sure why they manufacture something this thin. Same with the bottoms
