By patti from boulder, co on 02/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Hiking, Running Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these to wear under pants for extra insulation without bulkiness for extended outdoor cold and they do help. Surprised to feel a cold air flow around my legs under pants going out and coming in on/off. Especially didn't expect that since these are wool and bought these because I can't stand synthetics against my skin which do give the hot/cold weirdness. I'm 5'1" and the large fits and for you taller ladies, they do stretch lengthwise quite a bit and overall after a day of wearing. They aren't itchy at all for me and feel soft and comfortable.
I like that they do cover my ankles and are snug with wool socks pulled over, also good for indoor draftiness around the ankles set up like that.
By Supercutie from Tucson, AZ on 02/03/2009 Cons: Kinda itchy, Low rise, Tight top loose bottom Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered the top and bottom, probably should have ordered both in Medium, but I wanted them to be close fitting. Well, the bottoms were really tight through waist, hips and top of thigh... the rest was a bit baggy. When it comes to warm base layers I want things to be close to the skin, move well, and overlap. I don't want the waistband to bind or synch me in too much, and I don't want the top and bottom to migrate in opposite directions. I knew that even if I exchanged these bottoms for a MED. I'd still be tucking and pulling everytime I sat down or bent over. They were also slightly itchy, another sensation I don't want from my base layer. I returned them, but kept the top. Love the top!

By April from San Jose, CA on 01/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Warm Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It is a product will be nice to wear it at home or on a not active cold day. I got the top and bottom and only wear the top for one day out snowboarding; it was too warm even in a cold day and when it gets warm it does make me feel itch a little. I return the bottom and kept the top after all because I meant to get it for me to be on the mountain outdoor.
