Excellent jacket, excellent value By SarahJ from Los Angeles, CA on 11/11/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is very well-made and very versatile. It's very light and unlined, but when sprayed with water, the water just slides right off! None of it absorbs, so the jacket it totally waterproof. It's windproof and waterproof, breathable, lightweight, well-fitted, and has always looks great -- what more can you ask for, really? Perfect for Southern California fall and winter.

Good Late Spring/ Summer Jacket By Student from Spokane, WA on 06/10/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As a college student, this jacket was an excellent choice of a versatile coat which I can wear in the early mornings and which I can use for camping on the weekends. Although not heavy by any means, it does a good job of protecting me from the dampness on the west coast. I do prefer the extra length on the sleeves that help keep my wrists warm when cooking over the campfire in the evenings. The engineering that went into the fabric is also intriguing.

By Outdoor adventurer from Iowa on 02/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Stylish Cons: Thinner than I wanted Best Uses: Casual Wear, Light hiking Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am 5'8" with long arms so it can be difficult to find things that actually fit. I really loved the cut of this jacket and the sleeve length was good for me but, if your arms are average length they might be too long. I returned the jacket because I tend to feel cold and I needed a little thicker weight jacket.

By RunnergirlNM from Los Alamos, NM on 01/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Stylish Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Cloudveil in general runs large. I usually get medium, but I got a small and it fits great. This jacket is lighter than I thought it would be, but it works great as a mid-layer. Impeccably made, like most Cloudveil products, it's beautiful, and very stylish.
