If you spend between 8 to 11 hours on your feet, and don't sit at a desk all day, this is a must. Don't get me wrong, you feet will start feeling sore after that 8 hours of running (or walking really fast!) but most people don't have to run around in heels all day-- you should be fine.
I'm a size 10 in everything, and found the 41 to be a perfect fit. If you're an 11, I probably wouldn't recommend this shoe as it may be snug. It's got a classic 40's feel to it, with the stitching detail and t-strap but definitely works with clothing from just about any era. The cuero is a gorgeous cognac with variations in the shading. I bought 1 of each color, since this shoe is just so versatile. Overall, it's a well-made, comfortable, sexy shoe that will most likely become a wardrobe staple.

I've been stuck before and was stuck here too. I put in an insole to try to tighten it up, but it didn't work...I have to return the 40. Too bad a 39 wasn't available.

Usually heels just don't make it through my 10-hour day and I had practically given up on buying them. (I have scores of uncomfortable heels in my closet.) These are just like wearing flats for me in terms of comfort. The shoes are incredibly lightweight, and must have been designed and constructed by a master shoemaker. How else to explain how they could make a comfy heel when no one else can?
