I have been primarily wearing them to work in - I work outside a lot in all sorts of different terrains and temperatures. I have never felt an uncomfortable spot on them; no bunching or folding. I was worried they would be too thick for the summer heat but they are not at all. I need the cushion they provide and my feet have never felt uncomfortable in them. I love these socks! I wear a 7.5 and the S or M work both fit well. Highly recommend for on-your-feet people.
By j from Atlanta, GA on 05/08/2008 Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I work in hiking boots everyday and am extremely hard on socks. The socks ability to keep my feet dry is beyond my expections as well as the support it gives to my used to be "barking dogs"!!!!....the L and R is pretty cool also:)

By Me from Manhattan, Kansas on 03/05/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Stylish, Wicks Away Moisture Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband and I wore them under under ice skates. They were very insulating, supportive, light and not bulky, comfortable. My husband wanted to wear them all day but they are too costly for me to buy more pairs although we liked them very well and would also wear them for hiking.

By Fussy Cheapskate from The Great State of Michigan on 02/28/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Very Plush Feel, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Inside Heavy Workboots Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They're marked "L" & "R", which might be baloney. But I can't argue with success. I sometimes find myself actually noticing how good the socks feel after about six hours on the job. I'm normally prone to hot spots and sometimes blisters. But these socks are about as easy on my feet as any I've found. I hope they work out as well in the hot weather and I hope they wear well.
By Bill from Oklahoma on 01/07/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Initially I intended to wear these with my mukluks while hunting and camping in very cold weather. However, they are not as thick as I thought they would be. They do fit well and they are very comfortable. I am glad I bought them and I will wear them with casual shoes.
