I would buy this product again By Walker Momma from Philomath, OR on 11/09/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use them for walking which we do at least 4 days per week even in the rainy Oregon weather. They are easy to pack because they don't take up much room. Since we don't need a lot of extra warmth most of the time it is easy to adjust the layering underneath to the weather. The one thing I wish is that they were a little looser through the hip area.
By Ellen the walker from Juneau, AK on 08/05/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof Best Uses: Hiking, Power walking Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like this product. My only objection is I am a short lady and the legs are too long. Not sure how to shorten them. Outside of that, they are lightweight, easy to walk or run without feeling restricted.

By Zena from Kingsport, TN on 06/16/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Cross Country Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these pants as a lighter weight option to take on a trip to Quetico Provincial Park north of the Boundary Waters of MN. I wore them regularly to keep me warm and dry in wind and cold rains. I like their lack of zippers or velcro. The drawstring at the waist provided easy entrance and the elastic at the cuffs held the pants up for easy wet-canoe entries. I will use these for backpacking, snow-skiing, and anything where I want lightweight wind and rain protection. I did order a size larger than usual (L instead of M) so that they would easily slide over several layers in cold weather, and give lots of ventilation in warm weather. They fully met my expectations.

Size is meaningful if you have no hips By Judi from Greenwood, WI on 04/20/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Runs very small at the hips order larger size - This product should include hip measurements. The pants look good otherwise but have returned for larger size. I wear 10-12 and these pants will not fit me at x-large.
