Great product. Glad I bought it.
Close fitting and flexible By Rich from Brown County, OH on 09/10/2009 Best Uses: Boating, Paddling Describe Yourself: Casual Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Runs a little small. Order a size up if layering.
By Weze from Outside of Portland, Oregon on 08/28/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy To Put On And Take Off Best Uses: Boating, Paddling Describe Yourself: Enthusiast Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Not only is this a good product, it came in the right colors...matches the kayak exactly! And the hat and the life vest! And the spray skirt! Sierra Trading Post has, one item at a time, completed the set with everything but the original kayak...

By JQ from Fall River, MA on 08/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable Cons: Hard To Put On Or Take Off Best Uses: Colder Water, Paddling Describe Yourself: Enthusiast Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't been paddling with this top yet,but it seems like it is a quality top.
Looks good, breathable, chest pocket offset so as to be able to use it under pfd.
Make sure to order a size that has at least 2'' more than your actual chest size so you can use some layering underneath.
Pull up by collar over your head makes taking it off much easier.
This is a good jacket at a good price .
Thanks Sierra Trading Post.
By agiledoglover from RI on 08/26/2009 Best Uses: Boating, Paddling Describe Yourself: Enthusiast Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered this to replace an older paddling jacket (from another manufacturer) which was a Ladies Size Medium. After reading reviews I ordered this jacket in X Large hoping it might be a little loose. The fit is very odd..big in some places, small in others. The construction & fabric appear good and I was disappointed to have to return this item.
By one eye jack from troy, mi on 08/26/2009 Cons: Hard To Put On Or Take Off Describe Yourself: Casual Athlete Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Seems like a well made top. A little hard to take off as one reviewer indicated. Waist cinch is balky and takes time to cinch tight. Wrist closures a bit obstrusive, sticks out. Couldve used a fabric material instead of the plastic tabs. The most annoying part is the neck velcro, it raked across my face, just under my eye, trying to take off garment, couldn't adjust it away, poor design.
Perfect for misty morning paddling By up the river from ohio on 08/20/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy To Put On And Take Off Best Uses: Colder Water, Paddling Describe Yourself: Casual Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We were looking for paddling tops and these were perfect. I ordered a size larger than I usually do for layering in colder weather. They are a bit tricky to get on and off--the neck gusset is pleated, just take your time and you will be fine. My husband has a large head, and I have a very small head. His went on a bit slower than mine, but my neck is still snug enough in a rain storm. The bottom line is the great quality for the price. Does exactly what it is advertised to do--lets you extend your paddling a couple more months. Thanks, Sierra Trading!
