By JoshZ from Albany, NY on 08/06/2009 Pros: Good construction, Light wieght, Lots of room, Made well Best Uses: Back deck, Camping Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At over 6 feet tall I had plenty of room in the hamock. Its made well, packs in to a hand size stuff stack and seems like it will hold up for years. Used it for the first time this weekend when I went camping and slept great all three nights.

By Busy dad from Bentonville, VA on 07/26/2009 Pros: Built in stuff sack, Inexpensive, Light Weight, Roomy Cons: Hanging is Cumbersome Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought 3 for a backpacking trip with my son & daughter. The hammock is very roomy and light-weight. The only thing I would change is the nylon rope at either end of the hammock seem cheap and the design not very thoughtful. However, I would recommend based on the two factors mentioned and additionally, the cost was about $35 less than comparable hammocks. The extra money saved, I will definitely invest in some slap straps. Happy trails
By Teleski from Colorado on 07/21/2009 Best Uses: Backyard, Beach, Camping, porch Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Plenty of room in this hammock--I'm 5'6", 140lbs---it could easily fit a much larger person. Light weight and stowable. It does not come with the gear to hang, but does have a hook on each end. I changed the hooks out and put on two carbiners. I wanted something that would close since children would be using. I've had it a few weeks and it is holding up well. Although I am reserving judgment on the materials. The fabric seems so light weight, I'm not sure how it will do over the long haul. But for the price you can not go wrong.

great lightweight hammock By outdoor lover from pittsfield ma on 05/30/2009 Pros: Comfy, Compact, Dried quick, Really lightweight Cons: Have to lay diagonally Best Uses: Backyard, Camping, Hiking Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: i have one at the lake, one in the trunk. i've used it traveling in India when i need some rest and don't want to lie directly on the ground or bed surface. so far, holding up well. a great deal. i like give them as gifts.
simple little piece of luxury By doctorit from amherst, ma on 05/26/2009 Pros: Easy, Lightweight, Small Cons: Attached storage pouch Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Simple little travel hammock at a great price. Small, lightweight - included hooks and rigging are sufficient and easy to use almost anywhere. Only negative I could mention: the attached pouch adds a few seconds to stow away properly because it has to be folded a certain way. A small separate pouch or stuff/compression sack would be better.
