The gold rim is a little too much for me. But I am wearing them!!

I should've listened.
They look nice but the nose pieces are very loud and rattle a lot. They feel rather cheaply made for the price. I am returning them.
By Yellowstone Rafter from Billings, MT on 06/11/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are a great pair of aviators. super cute and very comfortable. I usually have a hard time finding shades that don't pinch the outside of my head and these don't at all. They're definitely for chillin'. I wouldn't wear them for any rugged activity.

I will buy this product again By Gail from CT on 04/28/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Polarization, Good Protection, Lightweight Best Uses: At The Beach, Athletics, Casual Wear, Driving, Special Occasions, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the sunglasses and am considering ordering a backup pair now. I like the fact that althought they are a "classic" aviator style, they are slightly oversized with a gentle wrap around.

I have a small head but square face and these fit perfectly. I can never find sunglasses that fit they always overwhelm my face even other Smiths. I've been looking for something like this for a year. I always get compliments and people ask what kind and where I got them. They wrap around your eyes which is great in the winter glare. I've worn these driving and all winter, but they're comfortable enough to wear on a run when you don't want to wear A frames and look like a tool and the aviator style is more updated so its not your typical 70's p--- star style. Since they're metal I'll prob get something made of nylon for sailing. I strongly recommend for style and as a good stand in when you don't have your 'active' classes they'll hold up but metal plus sweat plus salt water I'll have to get some for the water. But so excited to find something that fits and is cute. Anyone know any good plastic frames &polarized for small faces?
By Magpie from Rocky Mountains on 01/18/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Lightweight Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am usually a fan of Smith glasses, but these were the cheapest looking and feeling Smith sunnies I have ever seen. The aviator style frames at the truck stop sale rack were more durable and better looking. The lenses may be good, but stick with a more durable style for outdoor pursuits, and hit the truck stop for your fashion sunnies, a much better deal.
