By Ms. Multi-Marathons from Virginia on 08/31/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Stable Best Uses: Pavement, Trails Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Saucony Pro-Grid Guide is a tried and true shoe for me. I wore exclusively light-weight trainers but found I was having foot problems a year or so back, so my running store shoe expert recommended this shoe based on my desire for lightness and flexibility but a little more stability. I also follow my running store shoe expert's advice to leave plenty of toe room (Voila! no black toes), so I have always bought up a full size from my dress shoe size. I bought this shoe in the same size I buy all of my running shoes. Remember - size is just a number and black toes ruin the looks of those cute gladiator sandals! This shoe is the perfect balance for my needs: lightness, flexibility, but some stability as well. I was delighted to find you had it available.

Very comfortable, good cushioning. Rubbed heels a little the first time, then no more. These are my first Sauconys and I'll definitely buy them again.

I have a pretty high arch and these work great. No break in time, you can put them on and go. Adequete cushioning for running. I'm going to order another pair before they are gone.

Absolutelythe most comfortable shoe EVER By hates the cold from rockville, MD on 08/17/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track, Trails, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a half-size up, as recommended. These shoes are absolutely the MOST COMFORTABLE shoe I have ever worn...right out of the box. I walk 5 miles a day on a trail that varies from deer track, to pavement to gravel. The shoes feel SO GOOD that I bought a second pair!!
They have great traction too!!
Nice choice for overpronator By standsalotTX from Plano, Texas on 08/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes accommodate orthotics well and are great for professionals on their feet all day. My feet are on the narrow side and the medium width works. The toe box is nicely shaped to avoid pressure between toes.
