By Skiing mom from NCMtns on 02/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Hiking, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a pair of these and I bought another for my teenage daughter. We wear these as a baselayer when skiing on not-too-cold days. I think they are perfect for skiing in temps of 25-40F. They are not warm enough on a frigid day.
I like the high waisted style because my ski pants are high also and these give excellent coverage. My daughter doesn't like the fit as much as her style of ski pants is lower riding, but she still wears them! They do the job to keep your behind and back warm on cold chairlifts.
Does exactly what it say's .Great Buy! By vscrub from Chicago on 02/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Cons: More colors would be good Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: can be used as regular pants also.
Fantastically warm and comfortable By Carey from Cambridge, MA on 02/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Originally I bought these to go under my ski pants, but I can't believe how warm they feel when I wear them as "pajama bottoms" around my cold and poorly-insulated apartment -- normally I need at least 2 layers to get this kind of warmth and comfort. And they're stretchy and non-binding and they move easily with me. So I'm getting a second pair to ski with and keeping these as my "house pair." Size seems all right, I guess; I think of myself as a medium, but I take a small in these and the Thermasilks -- I think sizing in general is just creeping up.

By Samantha from Brighton, MI on 02/03/2009 Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I just got the pants last week. Plan to use them this weekend on a snowshoeing trip. The pants are very comfortable and seem like they should keep me warm (maybe too warm). I just wish that they had a tight cuff at the bottom of the leg to keep the cold out.
By Bear from Fredonia, NY on 02/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I usually take a large in bottoms, but based on other reviews, I ordered the medium. They fit perfect. I bought these to wear to the Buffalo Bills home games, but the season is over so I'll just have to wait until next year to test them at the stadium. They actually were too warm when I tested them while doing housework! GO BILLS!
