By pmh from St Paul, MN on 03/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants are great, the only comment I have is about the size, these pants seem to run a little bigger than the other spyder products. The sizes were small, med (6-8) and large (10-12). Because of all of the reviews I had read I ordered a large, I am normally a size 6-8 and they fit great with an extra layer underneath but they would be a little big without it.
By CO lover from NJ on 02/26/2009 Best Uses: Cross Country, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Would have loved these. They felt really warm and comfortable if only they fit. But I would recommend ordering at least 1-2 sizes larger than normal.
There's a new Spyder on the mountain By unami from New York on 01/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Downhill, Playing in below 0 C Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Playing with kids, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is form fitting, and doesn't look bulky. There is no ease in the sizing, so if in doubt, order one size up. waist band sits a couple inches below natural waistline. Looks great with the matching jacket, which has more ease in the fit.

Took them to Utah...Awesome! By cinna from PA on 01/15/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Downhill, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Advanced Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I went on a trip to Utah, 5 different mountains and they were awesome everyday. Kept me warm and dry, wore a layer of light long-underwear and Ravenwear pants underneath. Weather was -5 degrees F for two days and I was still warm. Only thing, everyone says to order big and I did (I wear a small, bought a medium) fit with everything underneath but would probably order a small if I had had time to send them back, slightly baggy and a little big at waist(I'm 5'4 120)
By the casual skiier from Rochester, MI on 01/08/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Downhill, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great pants. They're comfortable and keep you dry and warm. They wash very nicely. However, I normally wear a size 4 or 6 pants and I had to order the large and I only wear a thin base layer under them.
Order them two sizes larger By New to skiing from Warwick, NY on 12/17/2008 Best Uses: Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Getting Started Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a size larger and the pants wre still too small. They seem to be good ski pants but I haven't been able to try them out.
