By TinaGina from Vermont on 10/28/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Medium (8-10) was way to big even though I usually wear a size 8 Mountain Hardware. They were so big I could pull them off to my knees without unzipping! I tried a Small (4-6) because the M was so huge. The S was probably sized about right--too small for me. I was very disappointed because the pants seemed quite nice except for the size problem. When I compared the waists, the M was almost 6 inches bigger in circumference than the S. I'm guessing the M was mismarked.
By Julie the ski patroller from West Virginia on 10/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Downhill, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: There are a number of people that have commented on sizing, so I actually ordered both the medium and the small. The small fit me, but barely. I'm 5'0" and weigh 115 pounds. The pants were great in the length, butt and legs but a little snugger than I would have liked in the waist, but they worked. I absolutely was swimming in the mediums. So, I guess the thing with these pants is they could almost use another size like make the smalls now an extra small and then have a regular small and then the medium 'cause there is a huge difference in size between the small and the medium.
Other than size - they are great pants!! Mountain Hardwear is my favorite pant and I feel sure these will not disappoint.

By JR from Oregon on 01/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cross Country, Downhill, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Everything fits great, except in the waist. I don't have an unusual waist size and these pants were too loose in the waist. However, not loose enough to get a smaller size. Suggestion, more elastic or a drawstring for a better fit.
By likessnow from winterpark,co on 01/05/2009 Pros: Durable, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Downhill Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered these pants in a small (I am about a 6) they were way too small about a 4 and too short for me I am 5'8. I exchanged them for a med which ran way too large felt like a size 10 in the waist and there were not beltloops to hold up the pants up so I had to return them.
