We bought one size larger as suggested by a previous review. My daughter wears a size 6. We eventually bought a size 12 and they were still too small!

Comments:
Very stylish and comfortable. I ordered a size 10 when I normally wear an 8. I wore them on a very cold day of downhill skiing, and I DID feel the cold through the pants - I was also wearing a layer of fleece long johns. I think they may be better suited to cross country, snow shoeing or hiking. I still love them!

If I hadn't read the reviews, I would certainly have bought the smaller size. Usually a size 6-8, the 10 is perfect for me all around. SO comfortable and SO cute!

Love the feel of these pants, but the sizing is way off!! I normally wear a 2 or a 4 and I could just barely zip them up. I'm 5'4" and 120lbs. I ordered 2 sizes up and thought they would be too big, but I couldnt believe how small and narrow they were.

Comments:
If you were a size 10 in 1980, and are still the exact same size, and have not bought a pair of pants since 1980, you might describe these as a size 10. In today's sizing, they are about a size 4 (not a size 10 as marked). Another issue I had with them is that there is a 3-4" wide strip of thin fabric running up and down the inseam that lets cold air in. They are not heavy enough for extended use in cold weather. Too, bad, because they are really nice looking and look to be well made. I returned them.

I usually wear a size 6, and I ordered one size up. The waist wasn't even close and the inseam was too short. Too bad, because I liked the styling.

I read the reviews before I purchased these so I ordered a size larger than usual. I usually wear an 8 so I ordered the 10. I can't even come close to getting them zipped! They match a jacket I purchased last year so that was heartbreaking...
