By Alaska Girl from Oklahoma on 03/11/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: We bought one size larger as suggested by a previous review. My daughter wears a size 6. We eventually bought a size 12 and they were still too small!
By Bonesy from Vermont on 02/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very stylish and comfortable. I ordered a size 10 when I normally wear an 8. I wore them on a very cold day of downhill skiing, and I DID feel the cold through the pants - I was also wearing a layer of fleece long johns. I think they may be better suited to cross country, snow shoeing or hiking. I still love them!

Usually a size 6-8, the 10 is perfect for me all around. SO comfortable and SO cute!

By skiing looking for pants from ma on 01/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love the feel of these pants, but the sizing is way off!! I normally wear a 2 or a 4 and I could just barely zip them up. I'm 5'4" and 120lbs. I ordered 2 sizes up and thought they would be too big, but I couldnt believe how small and narrow they were.

Should have ordered two sizes up.
By skibunny from manhattan, mt on 12/30/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Downhill, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent pants, but I had to order up 2 sizes!. I usually wear a 6 but a 10 fits great. LIke all the pockets, and the boot zips. Fabric is very nice.
By Mountain Maiden from Durango, Colorado on 12/29/2008 Best Uses: Downhill, Hiking, Snowboarding/Skiing Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: If you were a size 10 in 1980, and are still the exact same size, and have not bought a pair of pants since 1980, you might describe these as a size 10. In today's sizing, they are about a size 4 (not a size 10 as marked). Another issue I had with them is that there is a 3-4" wide strip of thin fabric running up and down the inseam that lets cold air in. They are not heavy enough for extended use in cold weather. Too, bad, because they are really nice looking and look to be well made. I returned them.
Nice Styling but Poor Fit By ski lady from Lexington, MA on 12/24/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I usually wear a size 6, and I ordered one size up. The waist wasn't even close and the inseam was too short. Too bad, because I liked the styling.
Great pants, but too small By Snowgirl from Portland, ME on 11/24/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Cross Country, Downhill Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read the reviews before I purchased these so I ordered a size larger than usual. I usually wear an 8 so I ordered the 10. I can't even come close to getting them zipped! They match a jacket I purchased last year so that was heartbreaking...
