The sleeves on the Medium are a little long but they narrow nicely at the cuffs to keep bugs out. I live in an area with lots of mosquitos, gnats and ticks and was amazed at how this shirt (paired with insect repellent pants) really kept bugs away, even from my face, even in heavily infested areas. The shirt is soft and very comfortable.
