I am a big girl but the xl feels like a size 20W.

The waistband is so loose that I think they will be falling off by the time I arrive. I usually like this brand, but these are not good. The pocket design is very nice and the slits at the bottom are cute, but that is it. I bought an extra small, but the are so baggy, even after washing and drying. They need more spandex to keep the shape.

They'd be really great for travel. I usually wear a size 12, and ordered them in a medium. They were too large, and regretfully decided to return them.

I ordered medium and I am trying to decide whether to send themback for a small. I am 5-3 about 130 lbs..If you are petite you might have to hem them- but it is an easy adjustment. I don't sew and I can handle heming these pants. They are just alittle too long to like right as cparis and too short for pants. But they are super comfortable and cute too.
