The zipper does "poof out" a bit when I sit but I like having the flexibility to zip up or zip down as the temperature changes.

Perfect for cool days outside or dressy enough for inside the office. The zipper goes up to a turtle neck but when it is up on me it feels too tight but that is only a minor flaw in my opinion.
