Perfect back of the pickup bag By Rivers and trails from Seattle, WA on 06/23/2009 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these to keep the family's clothing dry in the bed of my pickup on route to camping trips. It is perfect. I'm not a fan of wide-mouth roll-tops for river trips, and this one is no different. I can not recommend this bag for a "possible submersion" environment - that's why only four stars.
By OrangeCrush from Detroit, MI on 06/07/2009 Pros: 100 Waterproof, Great size, High Quality, HQ Shoulder Strap, Lightweight, Welded Seams Cons: Non breathable, Stiff in Cold Weather Best Uses: Any water activity, Going to the beach, Holding Scuba Gear Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I actually was forced into buying one of these on a white water trip due to my bag being stolen. This bag was the only bag the local store had in stock. I did get it for 50% off since they felt bad about my gear getting stolen (Great people!!). Anyways I used this bag for the rest of the trip, about 11 days, and it performed, or should I say out performed all of my expectations. If you live near water or are active with any sort of water based activities then these bags are for you. I have since picked up another one so I can keep my Scuba Gear permanently stored in one of them.
Bottom line - There are lots of options for waterproof bags these days My advice, if your in the market for these types of bags then at least give the Body Glove bags a look. I don't leave home without them if I am headed toward water.
