Provides good shade and doesn't crush my hair.
The crown isn't stiff, so it can be packed flat if you have a big suitcase or don't mind reshaping the brim when you unpack it.
The hat came stuffed into a box that crumpled the brim. It would have been better to send it in one of the big flat boxes that STP uses for some items.

I like the way the brim is flexible and you can shape it however you like to change the style or make for more or less sun coverage. Not exactly high fashion but it works well for days at the park with my kiddo.
