Has a thicker feel than cotton or silk, so not a "light" layer, but good for cold days. I wear a small and like a fitted base layer, but this shirt feels more relaxed, which functions fine, but certainly not slim.

I can't comment on their athletic performance, but I can say that they're soft, warm and made well.

As soon as I tried on this shirt, I was instantly warm and have chosen to remain in it tag and all while I type this review. It's soft, warm, fitted, flattering. I have the black, and I'd be comfortable wearing it with or without a layer over top. Large in this does feel more like a medium in most brands, so do order one size up.

I live in layers. This top has proven to be my favorite. Plus it is SO SOFT! I wear it every day and to bed when the temp is dropped to 62 degrees.

Comfy, soft. I have several sets of pants and tops that I live in, trek with them, winter & summer. but... these particular shirts were way to tight in the arms and close to the body. I am a size small and ordered medium but still too small.
