I made the mistake of wearing them the first time without any slipper sock and had terrible blisters on toes/heels. The second time I had none. They look great with kakhi's and skirts..and the arch support is quite nice and cushy.

The fit is perfect and they have been comfortable from the start. Now I like my other J-41 sandals for style points, these shoes are very comfy and practical, use them for errands and long treks about town. Also didn't realize the gray ones came with another set of ankle straps, in black!

There is a thick inner sole.
Nice that these can be worn without the strap across the instep or with the extra black straps.

There were no more of the next size, so I'm keeping them. The insoles have improved over my other pairs.
