By Linda Elaine from San Pablo on 04/08/2009 Pros: BPA Free, Good Capacity, Impact Resistant Cons: Faulty Lid, Leaks, Zipper on cover broke Best Uses: Everyday, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I use the canteen for hiking and walking my dog. I will have to buy the screw top lid,to replace the unreliability of these.

By Ralls from Roy, UT on 03/16/2009 Pros: BPA Free, Good Capacity, Impact Resistant, Retains Temperature, Unique Design Best Uses: Everyday, Hiking Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the look of the water bottle but as packaged, it's still just an upscale canteen. The cover when damp/wet helps cool the water and protect the container from dings and scratches. The spring loaded lid is great but it snags on the cover when opening or closing - hard to move either way. Eventually, this action will fray and cut the felt. Still its better than plastic by far and does not disappoint.
