Great, Pretty Stylin, Durable Shoes By Austin K from Somerset, CA on 09/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Waterproof Best Uses: All-Around, Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I went through Europe for 2 weeks with these shoes, and put miles and miles of walking on them. These are high quality, comfortable shoes. 7 months later, they show almost NO signs of wear, and feel good as new, albeit a little loose. I do everything in these shoes. Most shoes show significant signs of wear at this time.
I love how they are waterproof, it keeps feet dry when walking through wet brush. Because they are low cut water easily seeps in through the sides if you're trying to tip-toe through a river, but as far as everyday do-everything-in-one-shoe shoes, these have been perfect for me.
