By jenniferasweet from Rochester, NY on 07/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Put On And Off Describe Yourself: Beginner Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Fits fairly well on my 5'8" frame and I weigh 130lbs. A bit big in the armpit area. No chafing at the neck. Overall decent fit, but have seen better suits with more flexible shoulder areas. Had no problems in spint-distance triathlons, but for longer distances in open water might consider a more flexible suit.
By k from san juan island, wa on 06/17/2009 Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: i sent it back without use because compared to the orca suit i tried on this one felt weak at the seams and like the neoprene was flimsy. the medium fit me fine at 5'7" 145lbs but there was an air pocket left around my low back - but that may just be my shape.
Good deal on a nice warm-water suit By NewScubaGirl from San Francisco, CA on 05/22/2009 Cons: Hard To Put On Or Off, Snags on many things, Wears Out Quickly Best Uses: Caribbean diving, Diving, Waterskiing Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought to complete my PADI cert class and found it too warm for indoor pool use, but great for warm open water use. Fairly flexible thanks to the 4/2 design. Very snug, and almost a semi-dry suit. Only real con is that after only 3 uses, I snagged my ring on it and got a "run" and somehow took a small chunk out. So, not terribly durable. For the discount price [$] it was still a good buy. For a longer-term investment, get one with a more rugged outer layer.
